Bill of Lading
A legal document between the shipper, receiver and carrier of a particular load of freight detailing the type, quantity pick up point and destination of the freight being carried. A bill of lading is, in addition to a receipt for the delivery of goods, the contract for their movement and a document of title to them. The bill of lading also becomes the receipt of the shipment when the freight is delivered to its destination. This document must stay with the shipped freight regardless of how it’s shipped. The bill of lading is signed by all parties involved in the carriage of the freight (shipper, carrier and receiver).

Loss or Damage Claims

Customer may not delay nor reduce freight charges against any claims for any loss, damage or delivery issues. Contact Czechmate for information on the carrier’s insurance or liability.
